Thermal Treatment
- Plate or pipe heat exchangers
(depending on the product specification) are used in different processes:
– in flash pasteurisers e.g. for the sterilisation of sugar syrup
– in hot filling processes
– with cold aseptic filling (e.g. UHT) - Heat recovery is used to increase efficiency and therefore reduce energy consumption.
- All systems are PLC controlled with settable parameters.
