Our cleaning concept is versatile and universally deployable. It ranges from one medium batch tank up to five tanks. Dosing of cleaning media is possible inline.

We deliver our systems as a manual or fully-automatic system. The control system includes recipes which are adjustable for each CIP object. This enables individual setting of the throughput volume, temperature, cleaning duration and cleaning program. Along with adjusted programs for tank and pipe cleaning, the open interface also enables the cleaning of complex machines such as mixers or filling systems.

The increase in concentration of the caustic solution and the heating of the cleaning agents is effected automatically, whereby the start time can be set to “Manual”, “Before cleaning”, “After cleaning” or “Date/time”.

All cleaning processes are recorded with a date and time.
